Brookfield Properties manages some of Toronto’s most recognizable commercial, retail, and mixed-use destinations, including First Canadian Place, 2 Bloor St, Brookfield Place, and Bay Adelaide Centre. Each location has its own audience, tenants, amenities, events, and community touchpoints, requiring content that felt consistent at the portfolio level while still relevant to each property.

Unbound supported Brookfield Properties through Lindsey Drennan Photography with content development and graphic design specifically for social media stories. Our role focused on translating property updates, tenant features, seasonal moments, events, promotions, and community messaging into polished story assets that were clear, engaging, and easy to deploy across Instagram.

Because stories are a fast-moving format, the creative needed to be flexible, efficient, and visually consistent. We developed layouts that could support a range of content needs, from announcements and reminders to event promotion, retail highlights, food and beverage features, and location-specific updates.

Through thoughtful content development and clean graphic design, Unbound helped Brookfield Properties maintain an active, professional, and visually cohesive story presence across multiple Toronto locations. The work supported timely communication, tenant visibility, and stronger day-to-day engagement with each property’s audience.
