Erbn Green engaged Unbound to support an influencer campaign designed to build local awareness, grow social engagement, and introduce the brand to new audiences through trusted community voices. The campaign centred around a retail gift card giveaway and creator-led content, giving influencers a clear, engaging reason to share the brand while keeping the messaging focused on community, retail experience, and brand discovery.
Unbound led the campaign from strategy through execution. Our role included influencer sourcing, outreach, coordination, campaign briefing, content direction, giveaway structure, social content development, copywriting, graphic design, content approvals, and ongoing campaign management. We worked directly with creators to ensure their content felt authentic to their own audience while still aligning with Erbn Green’s tone, visual identity, and compliance considerations.
The creative approach focused on approachable brand awareness rather than product promotion. Campaign messaging highlighted the Erbn Green experience, local connection, and community values, while influencer content helped extend reach in a more personal and credible way. Across feed posts, stories, campaign graphics, and creator shares, the campaign was designed to feel clean, simple, and easy to engage with.
The campaign helped strengthen Erbn Green’s social presence and expand visibility within its local market. Across the campaign period, the brand saw a meaningful lift in awareness and engagement, including a 34% increase in Instagram profile visits, a 22% increase in follower growth, and a 3.8x increase in average story interactions compared to the previous month. Giveaway participation also created a stronger engagement loop, helping introduce the brand to new audiences while building momentum around the retail experience.
