Kitchen Hub Social

Building appetite, awareness, and local momentum across Kitchen Hub locations.

Kitchen Hub is a multi-brand food hall designed to make ordering easier, more flexible, and more satisfying for modern diners. With a range of restaurant partners under one roof, the brand needed a social presence that could clearly communicate variety, convenience, cravings, promotions, and location-specific messaging while still feeling cohesive as one brand.

Unbound supported Kitchen Hub through end-to-end social media management, including strategic content planning, monthly calendar development, copywriting, graphic design, campaign development, influencer marketing, community management, and reporting. Our work focused on building a social system that could spotlight multiple restaurant partners, support different locations, and make the Kitchen Hub experience easy to understand at a glance.

The content strategy balanced brand-led messaging with partner-specific promotion. We developed posts and stories around food variety, delivery and takeout, new vendor launches, limited-time offers, location awareness, QR ordering, and everyday cravings. Visually, the work leaned into bold copy, playful illustrations, vendor bags, conveyor belt-style graphics, and colourful layouts that helped Kitchen Hub feel fun, accessible, and instantly recognizable across social.

Unbound also supported ongoing influencer marketing to build awareness for different Kitchen Hub locations through UGC. This included sourcing local creators, coordinating location-specific content, managing briefs and approvals, and leveraging creator posts to help introduce the brand experience to new audiences in a more organic, community-driven way.

Through consistent content development, influencer support, and platform management, Kitchen Hub’s social presence became more active, clear, and campaign-driven. Across the campaign period, the brand saw a 41% increase in reach, a 29% lift in engagement, a 24% increase in follower growth, and a 3.2x increase in story interactions compared to the previous period. Influencer and UGC efforts also helped strengthen local awareness, driving more visibility around key locations, restaurant partners, and ordering options.

By combining strategic planning, strong visual systems, clear copywriting, influencer marketing, and ongoing management, Unbound helped Kitchen Hub create a social presence that did more than showcase food. It helped explain the model, build appetite, support restaurant partners, and keep the brand top of mind for customers looking for more choice in one place.
