THE TEN SPOT® is a North American beauty bar brand known for its fresh, cheeky, and confidence-driven approach to beauty services. As the brand continued to grow across franchise markets, Unbound was engaged to manage social media from strategy through execution, ensuring the brand remained consistent, engaging, and customer-focused across every touchpoint.

Unbound led the full social media program, including strategic content planning, monthly calendar development, post copywriting, visual asset production, photo and video direction, reel development, giveaways, franchise partner content engagement, and daily community management. Our work balanced national brand storytelling with service-led content designed to support awareness, bookings, customer education, and ongoing engagement.

A key part of the scope included managing the brand’s daily social presence, from responding to comments and DMs to supporting customer service inquiries and maintaining an active, approachable voice. We also engaged with franchise partner content to strengthen local visibility and reinforce connection across the broader THE TEN SPOT® community.
